Fort Worth Texas Real Estate

Well this real estate market in Ft Worth Texas sure has gotten goofy. Last two months have been good for me, I have had 5 closings myself in the last 40 days. Seems the market bounces up for a few weeks then slows down for a few. Things could be alot worse, in all honesty its not near as bad as the news people say . But you know I have never ever seen a news person that activley sells real estate !! They read numbers that are from some morons that try to make out the whole country as having the same market. IMPOSSIBLE !!! D\FW real estate is no where near the market of west or east coast. We did not have the wild appreciation as they did, we stayed steady just plugging on along and that shows now. We have some foreclosures, ( which is a big part of my market ) As long as interest rates stay like they are the real estate business will be fine. What is your take on the market? Doesnt matter if your a Realtor, for sale by owner or a buyer..

Dubai, May 7 (IANS) Leading Indian real estate firm Sobha group is planning a new chain of five star hotels across India, Middle East and Africa under the brand name Sobha Hotels. The Bangalore-headquartered company is planning at least 10 five-star properties in the next five years, with two hotels earmarked for Dubai, six for India, and one each in Oman and Zanzibar, it said in a statement here.

The puncturing of housing bubble and start of recession in Canada, there is not going to be much activity in housing market either from buyers are sellers. The housing market may recover by the end of 2009 but home owners may not expect new housing boom in near future, at least not in 2009.
